Keep the quote.
Keep a backup.

Open the download

Extract the ZIP first. Open the HTML file in desktop Chrome or Edge. It is not an Excel workbook. A ZIP preview or an email attachment preview may not run the tool.

Save the quote explicitly

Choose Save quote, then reopen it from Saved quotes. Unsaved drafts are not kept after closing. The library belongs to this browser and file location; browser cleanup, moving the file or changing browsers can make it unavailable.

Back up after important work

In Saved quotes, choose Export backup to save a JSON file outside the browser. Import that known backup to restore or move the library. Import replaces the local saved library after confirmation. CSV is a summary, not a restorable backup.

Share a customer quote

Choose View customer quote and inspect the shop, customer, description, quantity, price and terms. Download PDF creates a customer-only PDF on your device. Internal costs and profit are omitted. If the font reports an unsupported character, use the browser Print alternative.

Check actual profit

Enter revenue before sales tax, actual job costs excluding payment fees, and actual payment fees separately. Save with the quote. Missing costs, extra rejects and discounts can change the result.
