14-day refund policy

If the toolkit is not a fit, email hemmargin@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. Include your order reference and the email used at checkout. No reason is required. Requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy under its payment/refund procedures. We do not promise an instant refund or a bank-processing time. Applicable mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Use it within your business

One purchasing business may use the supplied toolkit internally on its own devices and share the customer quotes it generates. Reselling, republishing or redistributing the toolkit itself is not included.

What you receive

A ZIP containing the offline HTML toolkit, start instructions, these use notes and third-party license notices. Extract it first, then open HemMargin.html in desktop Chrome or Edge. USD, one garment type per quote, up to 100 local saved quotes. No Excel, installation or HemMargin account is required. The direct PDF font supports Western characters; browser Print is the alternative for unsupported characters.

Backups and estimates

You control the file and saved quotes. Browser cleanup, moving the file or switching browsers may make local data unavailable. Export JSON backups after important work. CSV is a summary, not a restorable backup. You supply costs and tax inputs; sample figures are fictional. The toolkit does not guarantee sales or profit and does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.

Email hemmargin@gmail.com for opening the supplied file, ordinary feature use, download access or reproducible defects. Support excludes business consulting, artwork, tax-rate selection and custom development. No guaranteed response time is advertised. Send a minimal fictional or redacted example, never passwords, card details or your full customer library. See privacy and product scope.
